A huge range of knowledge was gained over 24 years in dentistry serving as receptionist, insurance administrator, dental/surgical assistant, hygiene assistant, and manager. The experience from each position contributed to being a very successful manager.
How was it managed? Through exceptional customer service! Everything was changed to focus on the customer and their needs first; the needs of the business came second.
