End User License Agreement (EULA)

Our e-book contains copyrighted and patented material. Its use is subject to the following License Agreement, which essentially says that you mustn't give away or sell copies of the e-book or methods within the e-book you just purchased.

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:  This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Goal Achievements, LLC (“GALLC”).  By clicking the “I ACCEPT” button or installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the e-book, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement click the “I DO NOT ACCEPT” button and do not install, access or use the e-book.

Goal Achievements End User License Agreement

 
Goal Achievements, LLC (GALLC) agrees to grant, and you (the person who has purchased or received the e-book) agree to accept, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the e-book under the following terms and conditions:

1. Installing Onto Your Computer. You may download or install the e-book onto your computer for use in a one office setting. You may make reasonable back-up copies of the e-book to avoid losing it. You may not give copies of the e-book to others, or make the e-book available for others to copy or download.

2. Printing. You may print the e-book for your office use. You may print pages for use in your office but may not give printed pages from the e-book or the entire printed e-book to others outside of your office.

3. Copyright, Use, and Resale Prohibitions. All content in the e-book is copyrighted under the U.S. Copyright laws and U.S. Patent Laws, and GALLC owns the copyright, patent and the e-book itself. Other than as stated in this License Agreement, you may not copy, print, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, sell, resell, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the e-book's content, in whole or in part, and you may not aid or permit others to do so. You shall not: (1) rent, assign, timeshare, distribute, or transfer all or part of the e-book/workbook or any rights granted by this license agreement to any other person; (2) duplicate the e-book, except for reasonable backup copies; (3) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the e-book; (4) transfer or sublicense title to the e-book/workbook to any other party.

4. Liability. The unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted or other proprietary content is illegal and could subject the purchaser to substantial money damages. Purchaser will be liable for any damage resulting from any violation of this License Agreement, including any infringement of copyrights, patents, or proprietary rights.

5. Professional Services. This e-book is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. A license to use the e-book is sold with the understanding that the publisher is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional service. If legal advice or other expert assistance is required, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

6. Without Warranty.  GALLC does not guarantee that the information in this e-book/workbook is error-free, or warrant that the e-book/workbook will meet your requirements or that the operation of the e-book/workbook will be uninterrupted or error-free. THE E-BOOK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.  SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY JURISDICTION.  NO GALLC AGENT OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS, OR ADDITIONS TO THIS WARRANTY.  

7. Risk. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE E-BOOK IS ASSUMED BY YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL GALLC  BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE E-BOOK. THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF GALLC PUBLISHING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE E-BOOK LICENSE.

8.  Refund Policy.  Once you have purchased and received or downloaded our e-book, you are given a 10 day grace period.  Read the book within  10 days.  If you are not satisfied that material will help you to streamline, simplify and help to increase results, return it for a refund of 100% of your purchase price.  Please send all refund requests via e-mail or fax and include your ordering information to facilitate the process.  No refunds are given after the 10 day grace period. 

9. Your Agreement. Your use of the e-book constitutes your agreement to the above terms and conditions.

10.  Termination.  Your license to use the e-book is terminated if you violate this Agreement.  Upon termination, you must destroy the original and all copies of the e-book and related documentation in your possession or control.

11.  General Provisions.  This Agreement is the exclusive agreement between you and GALLC concerning the e-book and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, representations, negotiations or other dealings between You and GALLC.  This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan applicable to contracts executed and performed entirely in Michigan by residents of that state. If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement can only be modified by a paper writing signed by both parties. Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
